Shipping:
All paid purchases can take up to 10 working days during busy periods, so thank you for your patience. Shipping & handling fees are broken down as: shipping cost, handling fee, packaging material and insurance. The shipping fee can be found in the drop leaf section at bottom of page, this will include total shipping and handling fee. We pack our items as securely as possible to reduce risk of damage in transit. If you are not happy with these terms please do not bid, as can not refund postage or handling fees. If you have any questions please don't hesitate to contact us.

Returns Polciy:Any agreed returns (subject to situation and sellers discrepancy) MUST BE RETURNED WITHIN 7 WORKING DAYS IN ORIGINAL PACKAGING, SO PLEASE DON'T DISCARD.Items damaged in transit will be refunded if insurance as been taken out with us (up to £30.00). We endeavour to pack items as securely as possible, in good quality boxes, with bubble wrapping and good quality protective filler, wherever applicable. We do NOT refund any postage costs to or from ourselves. Refund will be sale price of the item. Items with a value over £30.00 will be sent with Royal mail insurance, please note they DO NOT insure on antiques or ceramics, china etc! By bidding you agree to these terms as cannot be changed after sale!
